The working principle of a Pusher Centrifuge involves several key steps: Feeding: The material to be processed is continuously fed into the centrifuge through a feeding pipe. Centrifugal Separation: The material is spread evenly onto the inner filter screen wall of the inner bowl. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter screen and bowl filtration pores, exiting the machine through the liquid discharge pipe. Solid Retention: The solid particles are retained in the inner bowl, forming a circular filter cake. Pushing Mechanism: The inner bowl, driven by a piston, makes axial reciprocating movements. This action pushes the filter cake outwards into the outer bowl, where it undergoes further separation and forms additional circular filter cakes. Discharge: The outer bowl's filter cakes are pushed outwards and eventually discharged from the machine through a scraping groove.
