Factory-rebuilt centrifugal separators and decanters for beer clarification brewing industry. During a complete general overhaul service, these beer centrifuges are supplied with new control systems (Siemens S7) and thus, can be easily integrated into the production. After a successful test run, our separators and decanters are shipped out including a warranty for all mechanical parts.

In addition to our beer separators—they are used for the clarification of "green" beer or for the pre-clarification of the beer prior to inserting the filter—our separators have established themselves over many years for the clarification of hot wort, cold wort, and trub wort. Today, the clarification of wheat beer would be unthinkable without self-cleaning disk separators.

Hot wort clarification

The hot wort created during boiling may be separated with the help of self-cleaning disc separators. The benefit here is that operation is continuous and fully automatic.

Cloudy wort clarification

Self-emptying disc separators usefully supplement the process of clarifying hot wort in whirlpools as they permit partial flows to be continuously and fully automatically separated and removed from the bottom section.

Cold wort clarification

Self-cleaning disc separators may also be used to separate colloidal protein particles (cooling trub) from the cold wort.
