River silt equipment refers to professional mechanical equipment used to clean and treat river silt, aiming to restore the normal flood discharge and navigation capacity of the river, improve water quality, and realize the resource utilization of silt. The jet gun installed on the water jet pipe will flush and stir the silt deposited on the riverbed, so that it will flow away with the river water to achieve the purpose of dredging. 2. Mud transportation equipment - Mud pump: transports the mud collected by the dredger or dredging boat to the temporary storage yard on the shore or directly to the subsequent treatment equipment. - Mud pipeline: connects the dredging equipment with the onshore treatment facilities and is used to transport mud over long distances. 3. Silt dehydration and solidification equipment a. Filter press - Plate and frame filter press: through hydraulic or mechanical pressure, the silt passes through the filter cloth to separate the water and form a mud cake with a low moisture content. - Belt filter press: use the tensioned filter belt to press the silt in multiple stages, gradually dehydrate it, and finally form a mud cake. - Fully automatic filter press: with automatic control function, it can realize the automatic operation of feeding, pressing, unloading and other processes. b. Centrifugal dewatering machine - Horizontal screw centrifuge: Use centrifugal force to separate the solid and liquid phases in the sludge, the solid phase forms a solid phase layer, and the liquid phase is discharged through a screw conveyor. c. Other dewatering equipment - Solid-liquid separator: Separate the solid and liquid of the sludge by centrifugation, vibration, filtration, etc. - Mud solidification equipment: Solidify the dewatered sludge, such as adding a solidifying agent to make it a solid with a certain strength, which is convenient for subsequent disposal or utilization. 4. Auxiliary equipment - Dredging barge: Used to transport the undewatered sludge collected by the dredger to the designated location. - Mud storage tank: Temporary storage of untreated or in-process mud. - Transport vehicles: Such as dump trucks, loaders, etc., used to transport dewatered sludge to the final disposal site or resource utilization facilities. In summary, river sludge equipment covers the equipment required for the entire process from sludge excavation, transportation, dehydration to solidification treatment. Through reasonable equipment selection and combination, it can achieve effective cleaning and resource utilization of different types of river sludge to meet the needs of different river management projects.
