Watery feces treatment

Water bubble manure treatment refers to the technical measures for the effective management and treatment of manure produced by the water bubble manure process (also known as urine bubble manure or deep trough cleaning method) in large-scale pig farms. In this process, the manure and urine in the pig house are mixed and washed into the manure collection tank by a large amount of water, forming high-concentration organic wastewater. Because it contains a large amount of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, pathogenic microorganisms, drug residues and other pollutants, it is difficult to treat, and if it is directly discharged without proper treatment, it will cause serious pollution to the environment. The following are several common ways to treat water bubble manure: 1. Microbial fermentation technology accelerates the fermentation process of manure by adding activated livestock and poultry fluid manure rapid fermentation agent, using the beneficial microorganisms in it, reducing the odor in the manure, and converting organic matter into stable organic fertilizer. Specific steps include: - Stop the entry of new manure: Stop adding new water bubble manure to the manure storage tank one week before treatment, and avoid using chemical disinfectants, especially caustic soda. - Activate the fermentation agent: add 1 pack of activated livestock and poultry fluid manure rapid fermentation agent (usually 1000 grams/pack, market price is about 120 yuan) for every 100 cubic meters of manure, evenly sprinkle it in the manure pool, and stir it appropriately to facilitate the mixing of the bacteria. - Observation and adjustment: If the odor does not decrease significantly or the sludge does not turn up within 48 to 72 hours, the bacteria may be inactivated due to the high content of antibacterial agents in the manure. At this time, the fermentation agent needs to be added again and the above steps are repeated. - Fermentation is completed: Under normal circumstances, after about 10 days, the odor of the manure decreases significantly, the color becomes dark red or brown, the pig manure becomes light and merges with the manure water, and is easy to pump out. At this time, the treated liquid organic fertilizer can be directly used for crop fertilization without adding water and will not burn the seedlings. 2. Solid-liquid separation and deep treatment This process usually includes the following steps: - Collection in a water collection tank: First, collect the manure in a water collection tank and aerate it to prevent the pig manure from settling and fermenting. - Round mesh separation: The particles larger than 0.150 mm (120 mesh) in the fecal wastewater are initially separated by a round mesh screen. - Screw press pressing: The separated solid part is processed by a screw press to reduce the moisture content of pig manure to below 55%, so as to facilitate the subsequent fermentation of organic fertilizer, while reducing the amount of reagents used in subsequent treatment and the difficulty of treatment. - Flocculation reaction tank: Adjust the pH value of the wastewater, and adsorb and flocculate the suspended matter and some dissolved organic matter in the wastewater by adding flocculants such as PAC (polyaluminium chloride), PAM (polyacrylamide), and diatomaceous earth. - Flotation machine treatment: Use the flotation machine to further remove the flocculated substances, and bring the suspended matter and organic matter in the wastewater to the water surface through tiny bubbles for easy removal, thereby reducing the influent concentration of the subsequent hydrolysis acidification and biogas fermentation system and improving the treatment efficiency. 3. The full return to the field mode can directly apply liquid organic fertilizers that have been fermented by microorganisms to farmland when specific conditions permit, so as to achieve full return to the field, which not only solves the problem of manure treatment, but also provides organic fertilizers for agricultural production, reduces the use of chemical fertilizers, and promotes soil health and sustainable agricultural development. In summary, the treatment of water-soaked manure mainly relies on microbial fermentation technology and solid-liquid separation and deep treatment processes. The former uses microorganisms to quickly ferment manure and directly convert it into usable liquid organic fertilizer; the latter uses physical separation and chemical flocculation to treat manure in a deeper way to meet higher environmental emission standards or resource utilization requirements. In practical applications, the choice of treatment method should take into account factors such as farm scale, geographical location, environmental protection laws and regulations, farmland absorption capacity, and economic costs.
