1. Q: How automated is your flagship "scraper bottom discharge centrifuge"? How many people are required to operate it?

A: The entire machine uses a PLC and touchscreen to fully automate the cycle: feeding → washing → separation → scraping → discharge → CIP. Only one person is required for inspection during normal production, and emergency stop and reset are accomplished with a single button, reducing labor intensity by 80% compared to traditional three-legged centrifuges.


2. Q: The material is highly corrosive. How long can the contact parts remain rust-proof?

A: The drum, housing, and scraper are all made of 316L or 2205 duplex steel, with an electrolytic polished surface Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. 4. Q: How low can the moisture content of the filter cake be after separation? Is secondary drying required?

A: For sucrose and glucose with intact crystals, the moisture content at the scraper outlet is ≤2%; for starch or protein, ≤35%. Most customers can omit the air drying stage, saving approximately 300 tons of steam annually.


5. Q: What is the dynamic balancing accuracy of the equipment? Will long-term operation damage the floor slab?

A: The entire machine is dynamically balanced to G2.5 (ISO 1940), with a test run vibration velocity of <2.8 mm/s. Rubber vibration pads and dampers are provided, with a floor load of ≤3 kN/m². No separate foundation is required, making it suitable for installation in high-rise buildings.


6. Q: If the process changes later, requiring a higher speed or explosion-proof design, can it be retrofitted?

A: Yes. The original machine's main frame remains, and only the drum, motor, and explosion-proof control box need to be replaced. We offer a "trade-in" retrofit package, which can be completed within three days and saves 40% compared to a new purchase. A recalculated certificate of conformity is also provided.
