Vertical self clean disc separator for solid liquid separation
Disc separator description
The disc separator is a vertical separator. The rotating bowl is installed on the upper end of the vertical shaft. There is a group of stacked discs in the bowl. There are tiny gaps between the discs. When passing through the gap between the discs, under the action of strong centrifugal force, the solid particles accumulate in the sedimentation area of the bowl, and the separated liquid moves up the bowl and leaves the bowl, and is discharged from the liquid outlet. After a certain period of time, the solid slag will be discharged from the slag outlet of the separator. The disc shortens the settlement distance of solids and widens the settlement area of the bowl, which greatly improves the production capacity of the separator.

Disc separator applications
