Main Purpose

Working Principle
This series of rice powder milling machine is composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control. It has compact design, reasonable structure, wind selection, no screen and no screen. There is a classification structure inside the machine, which can crush and classify in one time. Negative pressure conveying continuously discharges the heat generated in the machine cavity during the crushing operation, so it is also suitable for crushing heat-sensitive materials. The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper through the spiral feeder, and is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blades. Smashing Main Part

(1) The left motor is crush motor.

(3) It adopts a small screw feeder, make sure feed speed is even and controllable.

The material enters the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor from the hopper and is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring. Because the grading wheel is rotating, the powder flowing into the blade passage is affected by the aerodynamic force and centrifugal force at the same time. The particles larger
than the critical diameter (grading particle size) in the powder are thrown back to the crushing chamber for continuous crushing due to their high quality. The particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and bag filter through the discharge pipe through the method of negative pressure air transportation, and the discharged materials meet the requirements of the product.
