The horizontal decanter centrifuges of our company have 11 series (LW220, LW300, LW350, LW400, LW450, LW530, LW580, LW650, LW760, LW900, and LW1100) and over 200 models. In particular, the products of horizontal decanter centrifuge series with large L/D ratio significantly improve the solid-liquid separation effect for the material separation time is extended due to lengthened sedimentation area of the bowl. The series of products have been exported in batches to developed countries in Europe and the United States for seven years.

Sludge Feed System

The sludge feed system consists of sludge cutter, sludge feed pump, electromagnetic flow meter, electric valve, manual valve, pipes, concentration meter in the quenching and tempering pool, ultrasonic level meter, turbidimeter at the outlet of separation medium, and other parts.

Flocculant Dosing System

The 2-box and 3-box flocculant dosing device produced by our company is an automatic mechanism which doses PAM powder into solution. By dosing in batches, the flocculant particles will be fully cured to achieve the desired results. Flocculant dosing device can be operated through electric control panel from long distance, which is safe, convenient and reliable. It has wide suitability, especially applies to municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment and such industries which require the use of dosing flocculant solution. We can also meet the special needs of users by providing special design according to their requirements.

Working principle of flocculant dosing device: the mixture of the PAM powder will enter into the mixing barrel through powder adding device, feed meter by jet flow. And the flocculant will be fully dissolved under the gentle agitation of the stirrer and enter into the solution reservoir through the electrically controlled valve. The solution will be taken by the dosing pump when necessary and mixed with dilution water by the mixer, then enter into the centrifuge or other separation equipments. The tiny particles will agglomerate into large particles under the effects of the flocculant to achieve the purpose of solid-phase separation. In the treatment of industrial wastewater and municipal sewage, adding flocculant will improve the processing capacity of separation equipments. During operation, the amount of water and dosing amount can be regulated through valves and the dosing pump, to achieve a satisfactory separation effect and economic effect.

Automatic Control System

The electrical control system for the sludge dewatering complete equipments developed by our company basically has the following four types: Simple electrical control system: This electrical control system can implement automatic/manual operation on the separation main machine system, feed system, dosing system as well as the dispensing system, and has functions like main equipment operation monitoring, fault alarm and interlock protection, etc. This system can meet the control requirements of single equipment.

The PLC electrical control system for dewatering complete equipments developed by our company is very suitable for situations with complex material dewatering process and high technical requirements. This system has a very high degree of automation and field unattended operation is possible. It can display a variety of main process parameters and has nearly 30 functions such as the monitoring and alarm of each equipment abnormal state and interlock protection, make the entire working system more safe and reliable.

PLC + PLC electrical control system
The above-mentioned PLC electrical control system can network and communicate with the field PC through the communication interface or with the PC in the center control room through the user-specified network communication method, and achieve dynamic display of the equipment status and printing production reports and other functions.

PLC + man-machine interface electrical control system
This system has a touch screen for operations and display of parameter measurements which can generate dynamic images, alarm scroll and password login. And relevant process parameters can be modified and downloaded via the touch screen.

Sludge Conveying System

Screw conveyors are widely used in areas such as wastewater treatment and industrial production. LSS series screw conveyors are designed to be shaftless.
