1、 Characteristics of LW900 × 3600NYD-1 horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge
1. Wide applicability
A suspension with a solid phase weight of 2:510%, a liquid-solid volume concentration of zG50%, and a liquid-solid density difference of 30.05 μ m and a cloud diameter of 55m can be used for separation, dehydration, purification, and classification. When the density difference between the solid and liquid phases is large, the solid phase position can also be separated with a diameter of 325m.

Can achieve continuous feeding and discharging. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase calibrator is continuously pushed towards the small end of the drum by the spiral, and the clear liquid phase is discharged from the large end of the flow outlet along the spiral Thus achieving continuous automatic operation.

Adopting advanced frequency converters, it has the advantages of low energy consumption and stepless adjustable working speed. The diameter and differential speed of the diffuser plate can be adjusted appropriately according to the material properties. The machine is equipped with an advanced hydraulic differential system, which has a large output torque, automatic differential feedback adjustment, and automatic compensation for pushing power. Automatically restore to initial state after eliminating overload, less likely to cause material blockage.
