Rotational Speeds that Provide Excellent Separation:The rotational speed of a centrifuge is directly related to the separation effect and output of the centrifuge, and the same is true for tubular centrifuges. Under the same conditions, the higher the rotational speed is, the better the separation effect and the greater the output. In general, it is used when higher centrifugal fields are required for separation. The rotating bowl of a tubular centrifuge consists of a long hollow tube (length many times its diameter) as shown schematically in Figure 1. For continuous separation the feed or material to be centrifuged enters at one end near the axis and is removed in two streams containing the separated material. In many cases the separation is not complete, and the separated fractions must be passed through the machine several times. Many different designs for the internal structure of the tube are employed, but, in general, radial vanes are used to bring the feed material up to speed and to slow down the separated streams before they are discharged. Working Principle: This separator is a high-speed separator, with strong separating capacity, as an intermittently operated centrifugal equipment, composed of the main body, driving unit, bowl, liquid collector tray, and feed liquid bearing seat. The upper part of the bowl is the flexibility spindle and the lower part is the floating damper bearing. The spindle is coupled by coupling seat buffer and the driven wheel. The motor passes the dynamic force to the driven wheel through driving strap and tension pulley, thus for the bowl to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet on the bottom. The centrifugal force compels the material liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and to be separated due to densities of different ingredients of material liquid. GQ Type tubular centrifuge is composed of main body, transmission device, drum, liquid collecting tray, and liquid-feeding bearing base. There is a flexible main axis on the top of drum, and a damping floating bearing at its bottom. With the linked buffering device, the main axis is connected with the passive wheel. Through the conveyor and the fastening wheel, motor provides power for the passive wheel, so the drum rotates around itself axis by high speed, and form strong centrifuge force field. Materials are launched from the bottom feeding inlet, by the centrifugal force, liquid flows upward along the drum wall, and is separated to layers because their different density.

Structure and principle: The separator consists of machine body, driving part ,bowl, liquid collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seat etc. The material is sprayed onto the bowl from the inlet on the bottom and strong centrifuge force is formed when the bowl rotates with the material and that makes the material flow upper along the wall of the bowl and then separated because of the different gravity by the centrifugal force.GF-for separation: Heavy liquid forms outer ring and light liquid forms inner ring.
