The PLD series bag-pulling bottom discharge scraper centrifuge is a new product with fully independent intellectual property, retaining primary functions like solid-liquid separation and adding a function to remove residual solid cake by pulling filter cloth with a removal rate over 99%. This centrifuge avoids mixing of different batches, eliminates solid cake effects on the basket wall, and is ideal for industries like pharmacy, food, gourmet powder, and chemistry. In addition to all main features of the LGZ series centrifuge, the PLD series has unique features including a bag-pulling method to remove residual solid cake, a removable lip ring for easy filter cloth changing, reliable external cylinder+rod drive design, and a fully-enclosed discharge hopper design to separate material from driving components.

* Removing the residual solid cake by bag - pulling method. Eliminate all solid cakes left over the process of scraper
discharging through reciprocal movement of the pneumatic pulling bag device, to realize complete discharging and filtering cloth regeneration.
* External cylinder+rod drive design, reliable in work
* Fully-enclosed discharge hopper design separating the material from the driving components of the centrifuge.
