This machine is counter-current horizontal spiral unloading and settling centrifuge.
The main machine is composed of cylinder-cone drum, spiral unloading device, differential system, bearing seat, frame, cover shell, main and auxiliary motor and electrical system. Its working principle is: the suspension after the feed pipe and spiral discharging mouth into the drum, under the effects of the centrifugal force at high speed, high proportion of solid phased particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum, the drum for relative motion of the helical blade will continuously of solid phased particles deposited on the drum wall scraping and slag discharge mouth, after the separation of the liquid through the liquid layer adjustment plate drum opening outflow. The relative motion between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed is realized by the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor. The casing of the differential is connected with the drum, the output shaft is connected with the helix, and the input shaft is connected with the auxiliary motor. The main motor drives the rotation of the drum and also drives the rotation of the differential shell, and the auxiliary motor controls the speed of the input shaft of the differential through the coupling. The differential can transfer the torque to the screw according to a certain speed ratio, so as to realize the continuous separation process of material centrifuge.
Decanter centrifuge is suitable for solid dewatering,liquid clarification and separation,and size grading of various suspensions with solid-phase particle sizes of 0.005-15mm, consistency of 1-40% and temperature of ≤ 100°C, esp. for separating the suspensions whose consistency and particle size vary greatly and for which recovery of filter cloth is difficult, such as treatment of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barrium carbonate, strontium sulphate,lithopone,starch, diatomite, plaster, bauxite, soybean protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, vegetable oil,drinks,citric acid, powder of blood, powder of titanium white, kaolin clay and drilling mud,dewatering of washed coal and fine coal, purification of waste oil, treatment of grain stillage liquid waste and municipal sewage and mineral classification.Besides,it is suitable for waste water treatment of electric power plant sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, paper manufacture sludge.
