In the quality standard of petroleum sulfonate, the content of disorderly chemical substances is one of the key index values for the inspection of sulfonate, and becomes the key factor for the production of sulfonate. How to reasonably separate the disordered chemical substances from crude petroleum calcium sulfonate, and how to completely separate the acid residue of micro particles from acid-base oil, has become an obstacle to improve the quality of petroleum sulfonate series products. The application of high-speed suction filtration technology has solved this problem in essence.
