The GQ145Y Swing tubular centrifuge is composed of the body frame, body column, head assembly, liquid collection tray assembly, rotating tube assembly, lower sliding bearing assembly, rotating mechanism assembly, motor drive assembly, etc. The motor transmits power to the small pulley and the main shaft on the machine head through the transmission belt and the pressure pulley, thereby driving the rotating bowl to rotate at high speed. The feed liquid is injected into the rotating bowl from the feed port at the bottom. Under the strong centrifugal force, the feed liquid is forced to separate in different layers. The light weight liquid, which is in the center of the bowl, flows to the upper part of the bowl and is thrown out and can be collected through the liquid collecting tray. The heavy solid is thrown on the inner wall of the bowl. After stopping the machine, please loosen the protective screw sleeve, remove the opening protective sleeve, unscrew the connecting nut on the bowl, loosen the positioning screw and nut and remove them. Then, rotate the handle of the body to make the body lie on the column of the machine, place the rotating bowl on the operating platform, take out the solid in the inner wall of the bowl and clean it.
