The oscillating granulator can make particles from a mixture of powders, or from lumpy dry matter into the desired particles. It is suitable for small batch production in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, scientific research units, laboratories, hospitals and small health care products factories.
The drum does not need to be disassembled, the screen is easy to disassemble and is very light. The cleaning parts are only part of the granulating cavity, and the cleaning is very convenient. The particles made by the system contain less powder and particle size, convenient operation, simple control and long service life, which meet the requirements of specification.
Working method:
The swing granulator is a mechanical drive. Under the action of friction, the drum rotates, and powdery materials are discharged from the screen hole and sent out of the machine under the action of positive and reverse rotation of the rotating drum. The particle size and density can be controlled to a certain extent by adjusting the tightness of the screen and the speed of the drum.
