It mainly consists of heating and mixing tank, and filling part. The filling nozzle is at the bottom of tank. The whole equipment adopts paddle stirring and pneumatic filling valve. Filling head is heated in nozzle jacket. Pedal control and automatic filling transform by switch. Working process: Take lipstick into the tank, be heated to a definite temperature, stir as well then filling into mold. stirring speed is infinitely adjustable.

This machine is suitable for heating and stirring equipment for melting and mixing liquids, solutions, pastes, lipsticks,
paraffins and other substances. It is suitable for small batch production of lipsticks, laboratory trial production of cosmetics, food and medicine and other industries. This machine adopts all stainless steel shell, beautiful appearance, easy to clean and easy to operate.
When the processing material is solid, it needs to be heated until the material is dissolved before stirring, otherwise the motor may be burnt. When water is used as the heating medium, it can be heated up to below 100°C. If it needs to be above 100°C, heat transfer oil can be used as the heating medium. The maximum heating temperature of this machine is 300ºC.
