The high-speed separator pilot complete system is developed for universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprise R&D centers. It integrates functions such as stirring, feeding, speed regulation, and separation. Users can obtain key process parameters through experiments, providing reference for scientific research and industrial applications. At the same time, this system can also be used as small-scale production equipment for small batch production of biological fermentation broth, food additives, microbial culture fluid, etc. The system adopts Siemens touch screen frequency conversion speed control system, which is easy to operate, intuitive, reliable, easy to clean, high degree of integration, small footprint, etc.
The high-speed separator pilot plant is composed of storage tank cubage, feed pipe, high-speed tubular centrifuge, clear liquid tank cubage, electrical control cabinet, etc. The materials are stored in the original liquid storage tank, which is gently stirred by the mixer. The operator operates the electrical control cabinet to turn on the host, and the high-speed tubular centrifuge rises to the preset speed in a short time. Afterwards, the solenoid valve opens the feed regulating valve. The feed liquid flows into the bowl of the high-speed tubular centrifuge from the raw liquid storage tank for continuous separation. The separated supernatant enters the clear liquid tank cubage, and the solid stays in the bowl which manually unloaded after shutdown.
The outlet pipe is equipped with a sampling valve, the user can sample at any time to view the separation effect, and at the same time, the speed of the centrifuge can be adjusted according to the separation effect.
