Based on the research of European fermenters, the automatic control of the sterilization process of fermenters is realized through simple pipelines and heat exchange systems, which reduces the labor intensity of experimenters, has simple structure and stable operation.
Diameter to height ratio: 1:2-3; filling factor: 70%
500 liter tank: the main material is all stainless steel 316L tank, there is no dead corner in the tank; with special sampling and discharge valve for fermentation tank, and transplanting pipeline. Adopt a large-view tank liquid level observation mirror, 12V safety light, with temperature, PH, DO, defoaming, liquid level interface, inoculation port, refilling port, and multiple spare ports, all welds are firm, neat and beautiful .
Tank body: design pressure 0.3Mpa Jacket: design pressure 0.3Mpa, using optimized diversion design to improve exchange efficiency and temperature uniformity in the tank
Tank function: John Crane mechanical seal, air inlet sterilization filter, exhaust condenser, air inlet system with air distributor, flame inoculation port (also feeding port and cleaning port), discharge port, sampling port, Feeding port; the five electrodes that automatically control parameters are: PH electrode, DO electrode, defoaming electrode, and temperature electrode port; four peristaltic pumps are automatically controlled to replenish acid/alkali/foam/culture agent respectively;
Motor: SEW AC motor dedicated to fermentation tanks to ensure that the motor can run in harsh environments;
Ventilation: Adopt one way of deep ventilation, the rotor flowmeter displays, adjust the gas flow according to the process requirements, the air distributor in the tank evenly distributes the gas; adopts a sterilization filter (Dominica or Shanghai Yiming) with a precision of 0.2μm, with anti-bacterial Material backflow device to ensure safety and greatly extend the service life;
Mixing system: mechanical mixing system, SEW AC motor, Fuji inverter
Mixing form: straight blade agitating paddle (secondary), oblique blade agitating paddle (first class), mechanically compressed defoaming paddle (first class), four baffle plates;
Fermentation pH control function: using intelligent PID control, dedicated Swiss Mettler PH electrode;
Fermentation dissolved oxygen degree control function: using intelligent PID control, dedicated Swiss Mettler DO electrode;
Temperature control: electric heating, water cooling, circulating pump temperature control, air escape function and water cut, over-temperature protection function, with good heat exchange efficiency; intelligent module control not only ensures the rapidity of temperature control, but also realizes energy saving .
Feeding: a complete feeding system (acid, alkali, foaming enemy, culture agent), which can be fed regularly and quantitatively; the four peristaltic pumps can be set separately on the control interface, which is convenient and flexible in actual use. Equipped with specially designed replenishment pins to ensure the safe operation of replenishment;
Pressure detection: Swiss transmitter automatically detects the tank pressure, and the pressure is automatically released
Tank cover automatic lifting system (optional): BLBIO-UIP500 automatic tank cover lifting system through the electric system to lift the tank cover to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the equipment in the tank
Sterilization method: BLBIO-SIP automatic program sterilization (leading technology, stable quality, low failure rate, reducing the labor intensity of the operator)
Temperature: cooling water temperature +5℃~80℃±0.2℃ tap water or ice water cooling, external circulation heating, avoid local overheating, and stable temperature control.

The system uses a tablet computer above 10 inches to control 7 direct parameters such as pH, DO, tank pressure, temperature, speed, defoaming, and refilling, and the automatic sterilization process of the tank pipeline
