Semi-automatic capping machine operating instructions

1. Adjust the height of the capping wheel of the whole machine to the height of the bottle cap, then adjust the height of the top cap, and pull the optical axis of the top cap cylinder to the lowest. The POM of the top cap is about 5 mm lower than the bottle cap when it is loosened.

2. Adjust the left and right sliders so that the wheels and the cap are in perfect contact, adjust the
width, and then lock the adjusting nut.

3. Adjust the positioning of the bottle so that the bottle cap is in the center of the
four wheels.

4. Connect the trachea and power supply, turn on the air and electricity. Press down the power switch, turn the
governor off, turn the third gear switch to manual gear, and then press the foot switch to operate the machine.

5. The left side of the dual-time relay is to adjust the interval time of the machine operation. Press + and-to adjust the time length, and the right side to adjust the screw cap time length. The operation method is the same as the left. Generally, the interval time is only used in the automatic mode, and not required in the manual mode.
