Horizontal ribbon blenders can be furnished in a range of materials of construction - including mild steel, stainless steel (type 304 or 316), and other exotic alloys.
The ribbon blenders are available in custom finishes and designs to meet your production requirements.
SZDH series horizontal ribbon blender machines can produce outstanding uniform mixing effect and has a sturdy structure. Mixing is accomplished using double ribbon agitator, with the original reverse-spiral design, delivering uniform, high capacity blending at low power cost.

Working Principle
The horizontal ribbon blender machine uses high-efficiency, fast-mixing materials, and the spiral belt of the stirring shaft moves the inner and outer spiral belts to turn the animal materials in a large range. The two sides move inwardly, so that the materials are mixed back and forth, and the other materials are pushed by the spiral belt, and there is no axial radial movement, thereby forming a convection cycle. Due to the above-mentioned moving stirring, the materials are quickly and uniformly mixed in a short time.
