1.brief introduction of centrifuge
This type of bag hoist discharge centrifuge are filter equipment with hermetic closure procedure task, intermittent operation and hanging bag off-site discharge.
02.working principle of centrifuge
The material is fed into the drum from the top; under the action of the centrifugal force filed, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum; after the machine is stopped, the liquid-block plate together with the filter bag is hoisted with the sling out of the machine and transferred to the designated discharge site.

2.As all parts is stainless steel 304 or 316L, this centrifuge has the better performance of acid resistant, corrosion resistant.
3. Automatic discharge, after a cycle finish, a lifting device will help to discharge automatically.
This PD type centrifuge sample is the modified product of SS threefoot centrifuge, with the advantages of SS three foot ones, also it reduces labor intensity, discharge fast, easy to wash the bags and improve production efficiency. It is suitable for solid phase separation with loose high, moderate size. Easy compression, require washing. Liquid is ofviscosity and smaller suspension.
