The intelligent GQ145 tubular centrifuge is equipped with a touch screen control box and a frequency conversion program control box, which further improves the intelligent control and safety protection level of the tubular centrifuge. It is an advanced and safe new generation among similar products in the domestic industry. Both control boxes are installed on the fuselage, making operation and maintenance more convenient and shells are made of stainless steel, which meets the cleanliness requirements of the purification workshop. The electrical components adopt the brand of Siemens or Schneider to ensure the stability, reliability and safety of the control system.
Intelligent tubular centrifuge mainly has the following configurations and functions:
◆ The shell is made of clean stainless steel, all the parts that contact the material are made of 316L stainless steel
◆ The inlet and outlet are fast-connected with sanitary clamps, and the entire material separation system has no dead ends for cleaning
◆ The main electrical components adopt MCGS touch screen and Siemens PLC program controller, frequency converter, temperature module, etc.
◆ The centrifuge has stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. The speed can be real-time displayed and monitored with the overspeed alarm
◆ Automatically generate speed curve, intuitively display the speed change
◆ Real-time monitoring, display and over-temperature alarm of nose bearing temperature
◆ Real-time monitoring, display and over-temperature alarm of the body cavity temperature
◆ Automatically generate two kinds of temperature graphs to intuitively display temperature changes
