Shenzhou Machinery has successfully completed the trial operation of its DHC730 bacteria disc centrifuge separator for a probiotic production customer in the United States. The equipment achieved successful commissioning and is now ready for delivery.
With a bowl diameter of 730 mm and a processing capacity of up to 35 m³/h, the DHC730 is designed for large-scale bacterial and probiotic separation applications. The successful trial demonstrates the separator's ability to support high-capacity, continuous separation processes for demanding biological production requirements.
Before shipment, the DHC730 disc stack centrifuge separator completed testing and commissioning to verify its operational performance and separation capability. The successful trial provided the customer with an opportunity to evaluate the equipment before delivery and confirmed that the separator was ready for the next stage of the project. The machine is scheduled for shipment to the United States, where it will be used in a large-scale probiotic production process.
