The horizontal spiral centrifuge consists of a sound card frame, hood, main rolling bearings, drum, screw, transfer case, propulsion system software, automatic control system, and reliable protection system software. The drum and screw operate at high speed in the same direction as the differential, and the material is fed into the inner cylinder of the screw through the feeding pipe and into the drum through the feeding port. Under the effect of centripetal force, heavy solid materials accumulate on the inner wall of the drum, forming a residue layer. The spiral connects the accumulated solid materials and continuously extends them offline to the cone end of the drum, and discharges them out of the main machine through the slag discharge port. A relatively light and efficient liquid phase material generates an internal liquid ring, which continuously overflows from the large end overflow port of the drum and is discharged out of the main engine through the discharge port.
