Peeler Centrifuge

The Peeler Centrifuge is a high-performance horizontal batch filter centrifuge designed for efficient solid-liquid separation, particularly suitable for industries with high purity requirements (such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals). Its core processes include:

1. Feeding and Filtration: The suspension is separated by a filter cloth in a high-speed rotating basket, where solids form a filter cake and the liquid is discharged through the filter holes.

2. Washing and Dehydration: The washing liquid penetrates the filter cake to remove impurities, followed by high-speed rotation to reduce residual moisture (residual moisture can be optimized to less than 5%).

3. Scraping and Debris Removal: Hydraulic or pneumatic scraper discharge is available, with optional nitrogen backflush technology to remove residual filter cake (residue layer ≤ 5mm) to prevent cross-contamination.

4. CIP/SIP System: Fully automated cleaning-in-place/sterilization, meeting cGMP and FDA compliance, and supporting cleanroom installation.
