The GQ Type Bacteria Tubular Centrifuge is designed for efficient solid-liquid separation, featuring integrated cooling and sterilization functions for bacteria and other sensitive material processing applications.
The tubular centrifuge consists of a main body, transmission device, high-speed drum, liquid collecting tray, and liquid-feeding bearing base. A flexible main shaft is installed at the top of the drum, while a damping floating bearing supports the lower end. The main shaft is connected to the driven wheel through a buffering device. Power from the motor is transmitted through the conveyor and fastening wheel, driving the drum to rotate at high speed around its central axis and generating a strong centrifugal force field.
During operation, the material enters through the bottom feeding inlet. Under the action of high centrifugal force, the liquid flows upward along the inner wall of the drum. Materials with different densities are separated into different layers, enabling efficient and reliable solid-liquid separation.
