The GQ142G Square box tubular centrifuge is composed of machine frame, nose assembly, liquid tray assembly, tube bowl rotor assembly, sliding bearing assembly, motor drive assembly, rear cover and other components. The motor rotates at a high speed and transmits power to the belt pulley and the main shaft on the machine nose through the transmission belt and the belt wheel. The feed liquid is injected into the rotating bowl from the feed port at the bottom. Under the strong centrifugal force, the feed liquid is forced to separate in different layers. The light weight liquid, which is in the center of the bowl, flows to the upper part of the bowl and is thrown out and can be collected through the liquid collecting tray. Heavy solids are deposited on the inner wall of the bowl and can be manually unloaded after shutdown.
