Product Introduction

The new LWG series decanter centrifuge separation technology is based on the theoretical principle of object centrifugal acceleration, and utilizes the air negative pressure and fluid pressure generated by the kinetic energy of high-speed rotation of the equipment to convert into solid liquid separation energy. Separation process: feed - material acceleration - siphoning - fluid pressure - separation - slag discharge - secondary separation - liquid discharge.

It realizes small cylinder diameter, large processing capacity, smooth feeding, fast separation, rapid slag discharge assisted by fluid pressure, no slag accumulation in the cylinder, drier slag discharge, less wear of equipment parts, fluid pressure to suppress foam, lower solid content of clear liquid after separation, and effectively solves the technical defects of the existing horizontal spiral automatic discharge sedimentation centrifuge, such as small processing capacity, incomplete separation, difficult slag discharge, easy plugging in the cylinder, large wear of equipment parts, etc.

The gyroscopic effect design of the main rotating body of the horizontal spiral automatic discharge settling centrifuge ensures the stability of the equipment under high-speed operating conditions and the axial stable fluidity of liquid phase materials in the drum, increasing the processing capacity per unit time; The reverse cone angle structure design of secondary separation eliminates the gas foam caused by the high-speed rotation of various solid components in fluid materials, further separates the residual trace solid slag, and improves the material extraction rate by increasing the settlement area, and the fluid pressure in the solid and liquid separation working areas of the drum is maintained and the pressure relief area is reduced from high pressure to low pressure through high pressure.

   Overall structural layout:   

Horizontal; One end configuration of the main motor and spiral differential drive motor; The single-layer structure design of the upper cover reduces the weight of individual components, facilitates on-site maintenance, and has good stiffness and strength; The rotating body and frame of the host adopt a labyrinth sealed structure; The lubrication method for the spindle bearings is grease lubrication; The damping device adopts the composite isolator of the 35-PY-GXK series independently developed by our company, which effectively isolates, absorbs, and dissipates the vibration generated by the horizontal spiral centrifuge.

  The centrifuge operates using PLC program control and variable frequency speed regulation. The control method can be fully automatic or semi-automatic manual control. The feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, unloading and other processes during the operation of the horizontal screw centrifuge can be operated according to the pre-set program according to customer requirements.

4.3 The inlet, sludge outlet, and clear liquid outlet are connected in a closed flexible manner, and the machine is equipped with vibration isolation devices.

4.4 Using a microcomputer dynamic balance instrument for dynamic balance of adding water at working speed, making the dynamic balance condition close to the usage conditions, can ensure stable dynamic balance of the working state, and the vibration intensity meets national standards; The overall vibration intensity of the machine during operation is ≤ 3mm/s.

4.5 The electrical control system can protect circuits and frequency converters from overload, short circuit, and phase loss; We have a comprehensive monitoring and alarm system to monitor the operating parameters of the centrifuge, such as speed, operating current, bearing temperature, and overall vibration, in real time. When the parameters are abnormal, we will alarm and shut down to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

4.6 Emergency shutdown protection for centrifuge, display of main and auxiliary motor current, centrifuge drum speed, differential speed, and operating time.

The 4.7 control system adopts PLC programmable controller and touch screen control display technology, which has functions such as overload, short circuit, and phase loss protection for centrifuge operation, manual operation parameter adjustment function for centrifuge operation, and constant differential speed and constant torque operation function for screw feeder.

4.8 Provide a written version of the product manual, certificate of conformity, and general operating methods, including: adjustment and setting methods of the frequency converter, feeding/exiting methods of the centrifuge, and general troubleshooting and handling methods.
