The separation factor selected varies under different materials and operating conditions. If the solid particle size of the material is small, the solid-liquid density difference is small, the liquid viscosity is high (at low temperature), and the separation factor is chosen to be higher; The solid particle size of the material is large, the solid-liquid density difference is large, the liquid viscosity is low (high temperature), and the separation factor of the fully automatic centrifuge is selected to be lower; Adding coagulants during the fruit separation process can lower the separation factor.
