Milk Cream Separator Machine have been sepeially designed for the separation of the whey and of the buttermilk from dairy production,and are designed for the small and medium size dairy industries.
1)Milk separator and purifier mainly used skim milk, whey separation, butter, wheat shock shower, casein, cheese production, such as anhydrous butter production process of centrifuge enrichment. And the material contact parts are made of stainless steel, in line with food hygiene requirements.
2) The Milk Separator can also be used to liquid-solid two phase separation of similar materials in the industry of juice, beverage and Chinese traditional medicine, etc.
3)The Milk Separator adopts automatic control, and has the advantages such as high efficiency, low material consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost.
4)The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.
5)The Milk Separator is one kind of rotary machine with high speed. After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time with low vibration, safety and security.
Centrifuge machine Standard design
The machine consists of a frame that has a horizontal drive shaft with clutch and brake, worm gear , lubricating oil bath and vertical bowl spindle in the lower part.
The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle in the lower part. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle , inside the space formed by the upper parts of the frame , the ring solid cover, the collecting cover, and frame hood . The feed and liquid discharge system , including the paring disc pump for the heavy phase, also rests on this structure. All parts in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl is of the solid-ejecting disc type with hydraulic operating system. The electric motor is of the variable frequency drive type or of controlled-torque type.
