Provide the following equipment manufacturing design solutions:
1. Different pipeline photobioreactor structures can be designed according to the different algae cultivation of customers, and the capacity can be increased or decreased at will, which is suitable for laboratory or large-scale industrial use.
2. Material selection can be plexiglass (acrylic, PMMA) or boric acid glass
3. Provide suitable circulating pumps in industrial large-scale algae culture pipeline reactors (selection of large flow, continuous work, no shearing force on algae cells)
4. Design ventilation and gas control devices
5. Good and reliable anti-leakage and detachable solutions
6. Provide various indicator detection and recording functions, and provide other output connection methods such as labview or serial port.
The pipeline photobioreactor can be customized:
1. Customize the pipeline capacity according to the customer's site size
2. Customize the outer diameter of the pipe according to customer capacity requirements (glass pipes with an outer diameter of 60mm, plexiglass pipes with an outer diameter of 90mm, 110mm, and 160mm)
3. Reliable connection schemes are adopted for different pipeline connections to ensure no water leakage and easy to disassemble and replace (silicone connection, plastic welding connection)
