Connect the motor power supply of the separator and wait for about 80 seconds for the drum to reach its operating speed.
After the machine reaches full speed, the feed valve can be opened to clarify the liquid.
Observe whether the liquid flow rate is normal and whether the clarity meets the requirements. When the liquid at the outlet becomes mixed, stop the machine and discharge the slag.
Before stopping the machine, the feeding valve must be closed first, and the machine can only be stopped when there is no liquid flowing from the collection tray.
Operation process
Power on: Wait for the drum to reach its operating speed.
Feeding operation: Open the feeding valve at full speed and adjust the flow rate for clarification.
Observation and adjustment: Pay attention to the flow rate and clarity of the liquid, and stop the machine for slag discharge in a timely manner.
Shutdown: First, close the feeding valve, and then disconnect the power supply and shut down after the liquid collection tray stops flowing.
Slag discharge: Disassemble the drum, remove sediment and solid matter, and clean thoroughly.
Assembly: Reinstall the drum to ensure that all components are installed correctly
