Process flow chart: Processing process of edible salt and industrial salt: Loader → raw salt bin, quantitative transport dragon → belt conveyor → Spiral salt washing machine → vibration feeder, roll crusher → Stir salt washer → salt slurry pump → Countercurrent washing irrigation → roll crusher → Stir salt washer → salt slurry pump → dewatering centrifuge → screw conveyor → vibration feeder → vibration dry bed (heating system, dust removal system, water mesh filter) → bucket elevator → vibrating probability screen → screw conveyor (three article) → finished product salt hopper
Three washing is as follows:
1) First Screw washing
2) Stand-up stirring washing
3) Countercurrent washing
Three crushing is as follows:
1) First crushing
2) Wet crushing
3) Dry crushing
The combination of first crushing, wet crushing and dry crushing has greatly improved the salt quality. The above operation is adjustable according to the crude salt and user's requirements on finished salt quality.
