The use of automated centrifugal separation operations not only reduces the labor intensity of the operators, but also improves the efficiency of seaweed separation and extraction.
GQ Tubular centrifuge is widely used in the process of microalgae separation & harvesting. The tubular centrifuge is designed and improved for the harvesting of chlorella, Haematococcus pluvialis, Dunaliella vulgaris, Spirulina, Alexandrium algae, etc. The algae culture solution enters the centrifuge Affected by a strong centrifugal force field, it settles on the inner wall of the centrifuge drum. After optimizing the internal structure of the centrifuge, it is equipped with a detachable discharge liner, which can be effectively used for microalgae unloading after centrifugation to improve the yield of algae mud It can reduce the time required for disassembly, washing and installation. When cleaning one discharge liner, other discharge liners can be installed and run first, which effectively improves work efficiency and facilitates collection and cleaning; avoiding the production of chlorella, haematococcus pluvialis, Dunaliella salina and other microalgae break the wall, thereby avoiding the loss of content and ensuring the high quality of the product. The collection process is environmentally friendly without adding any flocculants, and does not pollute the algae mud. It is the preferred collection method for microalgae health products and microalgae foods.
