As a horizontal two-stage piston feeding centrifuge, HR500 piston pusher centrifuge can work continuously. When the machine is working at its full speed, processes, including the feeding, separating, washing and unloading, etc., can be completed continuously.The machine is widely applied for the separating of suspension (in which the particle size in the solid phase is more than 0.08mm, and the concentration is more than 40%) in industries of chemical, chemical fertilizer, alkali or salt, etc., especially for the solid-liquid separating for sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, trisodium phosphate, sodium metasilicate, sodium sulfate or urea, etc.
Both internal bowl and external bowl, the housing, sieves and all contact parts are made of stainless steel 316L. The machine pedestal and the oil box are Q235 welded. The bearing pedestal is ZG35. The main shaft is 45.
