Three-phase decanter centrifuge is that two liquid phases and one solid phase enter the centrifuge and expand it thousands of times by relying on the centrifugal force field. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also stratified, so as to realize Solid-liquid-liquid 3-phase separation and discharge them from the body under the action of special mechanism. When mixed fluid enters rotating bowl of centrifuge through feed tube ,solids with larger density would rapidly deposit on inner wall of the bowl,forced by centrifugal acceleration.Then spiral pusher pushed deposited solids to taper end of the bowl,and discharges them out of centrifuge from residual outlet.Meanwhile ,liquid phase with smaller density forms a liquid ring layer and discharges from bowl through overflow port,the bowl and spiral pusher run at a high speed simultaneously ,for there exists speed discrepancy,deposited solids on the wall of bowl could be conveyed to residue outlet by spiral pusher.This separation process carry out continuously.

LWS series three phase decant centrifuge is used for solid-liquid-liquid separation, namely one kind of solid phase (with largest specific gravity ) and two kind of immiscible liquid phase with different density. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but at a different speed, the material is fed into the bowl through a stationary feed pipe. Centrifugal forces cause instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl, while two liquid phases forming light liquid phase layer and heavy liquid phase layer. Scroll conveys the solids towards the conical end of the bow, and out of centrifuge from solid discharge port. The light liquid phase then is discharged out continuously through the overflow port at the large end of the bowl, and the heavy liquid phase will be discharged out through the centrifugal pump large end of the bowl, thus realizing the three-phase separation.
