DDGS Dewatering decanter CentrifugeWith the introduction of mandatory measures on the time limit of sewage companies, the management of DDGS in the brewing industry has become a top priority for many manufacturers. At present, the advantages and disadvantages of solid-liquid separation of wine granules play a very important role in the Cray treatment mode. LWS series three phase decant centrifuge is used for solid-liquid-liquid separation, namely one kind of solid phase (with largest specific gravity ) and two kind of immiscible liquid phase with different density. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but at a different speed, the material is fed into the bowl through a stationary feed pipe. Centrifugal forces cause instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl, while two liquid phases forming light liquid phase layer and heavy liquid phase layer. Scroll conveys the solids towards the conical end of the bow, and out of centrifuge from solid discharge port. The light liquid phase then is discharged out continuously through the overflow port at the large end of the bowl, and the heavy liquid phase will be discharged out through the centrifugal pump large end of the bowl, thus realizing the three-phase separation.

Wastewater is a generic term for water with solid or liquid contaminants. For example, municipal wastewater has organic sludge, and industrial wastewater carries industrial or inorganic sludge, etc.Generation in large volumes is the other aspect of wastewater; therefore, the separation equipment must process large amounts of contaminated fluid.Wastewater from the sources, as mentioned earlier, contains bulk sludge, which is easier to separate. Tubular centrifuge is the equipment motor transmits power to the belt pulley and main shaft on the machine head through the transmission belt and the pressure pulley, thereby driving the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a strong centrifugal force field on the inner wall of the drum.
