Coffee Extract and Coffee Oil Process Decanter Centrifuge

Process
Upon blending and roasting processes coffee beans are ground and the product is extracted. Obtained coffee extract is cooled down and then fed in SHENZHOU LW series separators to remove the sediment. The product becomes 'Instant Coffee' upon evaporation and drying processes. Also, coffee residues which do not dissolve during initial extraction are pressed to extract the oil content and oil recovery is performed using decanter and separators.
